The Nigeria Labour congress NLC has called for the withdrawal of armed security operatives from its national Headquaters, following a raid that was carried out late hours of yesterday.
the NLC head of media and public relations, Benson Upah made the demand in a statement released today.
according to Upah, the invaders claimed they were looking for seditious materials used for the EndBadGoveranance protest.
meanwhile in a statement today through its spokesperson, Peter afunanya, the department of states service (DSS) has maintained that its personnel were not responsible for the ransacking of the Labour union’s office.
