speaking on a televised program, the spokesperson of the EFCC chairman, Friday Ebelo, noted this following the recent supreme court judgement granting financial autonomy to local governments.
Ebelo maintained that good governance encompasses accountability, transparency, and citizen participation and needs dedicated and development-minded individuals to manage local government administrations.
