Democratic republic of Congo Have court martial twenty-five soldiers for fleeing battles against the m23 rebels.
army spokesperson, Sylvain Ekenge disclosed this while handling down the military tribunal decision in the country north Kivu province.
Ekenge said the soldiers were also found guilty of theft, he however said four of the Soldiers wives were acquitted by the military court of receiving goods looted by their husbands.
recall that military court also sentenced eight soldiers to death for desertion and cowardice in May.
